This simple and speedy apple bread recipe is moist and has a tender-crunchy crust on top. It contains a hint of spice as well as juicily diced apples.
1) 3-4 medium peeled and diced apples
2) 1/4 cup of milk
3) 1/2 cup of vegetable oil
4) 2 eggs
5) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
6) 2 cups of sugar
7) 2 cups of self-rising flour
8) 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
9) 1/2 teaspoon allspice
1) Put the apples in a big bowl once you've peeled and diced them. Throw in some sugar, eggs, oil, milk, and vanilla extract.
2) Use a wooden spoon of sufficient size to stir the mixture until it is uniform.
3) Mix in some flour, spices, and herbs. Hand-mix it once more until it's uniform.
4) Spray a loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray and add the batter. Bake for one hour at 350°F, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
5) Let it cool for five minutes in the loaf pan, then turn it out.
If you wrap the bread well, you may keep it fresh for up to four days at room temperature.
Slices of apple bread can be frozen for a total of three months. Defrost at room temperature prior to use.
