Fortified whole-grain cereals are light & healthy for you when you are sick, and also they contain added vitamins & minerals.

Oatmeal is surely a very comforting food when sick, and as it contains fibre, it is easy to digest too. And adding walnuts will provide you with lots of nutrients.

The broth is a great food when sick because whether chicken, vegetable or beef broth; they provide you with hydration & electrolytes.
