A survey by Health Digest asked participants about their typical nightly sleep duration. The outcomes could end up surprising you.

According to a survey conducted by Health Digest, 48.20% (281 out of 583) of respondents slept between six and seven hours nightly.

28.64% of respondents (167 people) say they sleep 8-9 hours every night, making it the second most frequent response. 16.47% (96 persons) sleep four to five hours per night.

Last alternatives were survey extremes. 4.46 percent of respondents (26 persons) sleep 10 or more hours each night, whereas 2.23 percent sleep less than four.

Although the CDC advises seven or more hours of sleep per night for adults, 66.90% of responders may only be obtaining seven hours nightly.

According to the CDC, practices like as avoiding coffee or alcohol before bed, sticking to a consistent bedtime schedule, can all assist enhance sleep.
